• Doctors Over Algorithms: It’s time to ban "prior authorization" games. If your doctor says you need a scan or a script, a computer program or a cubicle-dweller in another state shouldn't be allowed to say "no."

• Save Our Rural Clinics: We have to protect Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement rates. If our rural hospitals and nursing homes can’t keep the lights on, our communities fall apart.

• Lowering the Bill: Let Medicare negotiate the cost of every drug. There’s no reason we should be paying ten times what they pay in other countries for the same medicine.
